Wallet Refund Policy

The Piratify wallet is a prepaid balance system that allows you to fund orders placed with third-party suppliers through the Piratify platform. This policy outlines the terms applicable to wallet top-ups and refund requests.
Wallet Purpose & Nature

The Piratify wallet is a prepaid service credit used exclusively to fund supplier orders, shipping costs, and related fees through the Piratify platform. Wallet funds do not constitute a deposit, investment, or financial product. Wallet balances do not accrue interest.

Available Balance — Refundable

Your available wallet balance — meaning funds that are not currently committed to a pending, processing, or in-transit order — is refundable upon request, subject to the following conditions :

  • Refund method : bank transfer to the original payment method or bank account on file
  • Processing time : within 14 business days of receiving your refund request
  • No fees : no refund fees are applied to available balance refunds
  • Minimum refund amount : €1.00

Piratify reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder before processing a refund, in order to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Committed Balance — Not Immediately Refundable

Wallet funds that are committed to an active order (ordered, in production, in quality check, or in transit) cannot be refunded until the order is either completed or cancelled.

  • If a supplier cancels an order before shipment, the full order amount is automatically re-credited to your wallet.
  • If you cancel an order before the supplier has begun production, the order amount is re-credited to your wallet. Once production has started, cancellation is subject to the supplier's cancellation policy, and partial or no refund may apply.
  • If a supplier fails to deliver or delivers a product that is materially non-conforming, Piratify will make commercially reasonable efforts to mediate a resolution. Any refund from the supplier will be credited to your wallet. Piratify does not guarantee supplier refunds.

Piratify Commissions — Non-Refundable

Commissions and service fees charged by Piratify on completed orders represent payment for services rendered and are non-refundable. This includes per-order commissions, subscription fees, and any other service charges as described in your subscription plan.

Chargebacks & Disputed Payments

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a wallet top-up, Piratify reserves the right to :

  • Suspend your account immediately pending investigation
  • Deduct the disputed amount from your wallet balance
  • Terminate your account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or abusive

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@piratify.io before initiating any chargeback, so we can resolve the issue directly.

Account Termination & Remaining Balance

If your account is terminated by you, any available wallet balance will be refunded within 14 business days upon request.

If your account is terminated by Piratify due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to counterfeiting, fraud, or abuse), Piratify reserves the right to withhold wallet funds pending investigation. Funds may be used to offset any damages, liabilities, or outstanding obligations owed to Piratify or third parties.

Inactive Accounts

Wallet balances on accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, no order, no transaction) may be subject to an inactivity notice sent to the registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days of the notice, Piratify reserves the right to close the account and process a refund of the remaining balance to the original payment method.

Currency & Exchange Rates

Wallet top-ups are processed in EUR (€). Supplier orders are paid in CNY (¥). Exchange rates are determined at the time of order placement and may fluctuate. Piratify is not liable for exchange rate variations between the time of wallet top-up and order placement. Refunds are processed in EUR at the original top-up amount, regardless of exchange rate changes.

How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request by email to support@piratify.io with the following information :

  • Your Piratify account email address
  • The refund amount requested
  • Your IBAN for bank transfer

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process the refund within 14 business days.

Changes to This Policy

Piratify reserves the right to modify this Wallet Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
