The Piratify wallet is a prepaid service credit used exclusively to fund supplier orders, shipping costs, and related fees through the Piratify platform. Wallet funds do not constitute a deposit, investment, or financial product. Wallet balances do not accrue interest.
Your available wallet balance — meaning funds that are not currently committed to a pending, processing, or in-transit order — is refundable upon request, subject to the following conditions :
Piratify reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder before processing a refund, in order to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
Wallet funds that are committed to an active order (ordered, in production, in quality check, or in transit) cannot be refunded until the order is either completed or cancelled.

Commissions and service fees charged by Piratify on completed orders represent payment for services rendered and are non-refundable. This includes per-order commissions, subscription fees, and any other service charges as described in your subscription plan.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a wallet top-up, Piratify reserves the right to :
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@piratify.io before initiating any chargeback, so we can resolve the issue directly.
If your account is terminated by you, any available wallet balance will be refunded within 14 business days upon request.
If your account is terminated by Piratify due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to counterfeiting, fraud, or abuse), Piratify reserves the right to withhold wallet funds pending investigation. Funds may be used to offset any damages, liabilities, or outstanding obligations owed to Piratify or third parties.
Wallet balances on accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, no order, no transaction) may be subject to an inactivity notice sent to the registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days of the notice, Piratify reserves the right to close the account and process a refund of the remaining balance to the original payment method.
Wallet top-ups are processed in EUR (€). Supplier orders are paid in CNY (¥). Exchange rates are determined at the time of order placement and may fluctuate. Piratify is not liable for exchange rate variations between the time of wallet top-up and order placement. Refunds are processed in EUR at the original top-up amount, regardless of exchange rate changes.

Piratify reserves the right to modify this Wallet Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
